I called Randy last week to set up a chair lift for my parents and he came out and gave us a great presentation. I asked him to see if he could get the lift installed before I left my parents’ house the following week and he was able to schedule the installation while I was visiting. Mike installed the chair lift and was wonderful! Initially the chair was a little difficult to pivot, but he worked on it for quite a while to make sure it was easy to turn for both my parents. They were both extremely satisfied that he fixed the chair while he was there. The chair is beautiful and runs smoothly. Excellent customer service, installation and product. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a chair lift!

My husband recently had brain surgery and we were looking for a hospital bed to be delivered to our home in a timely manner. Diana was a great help in ordering the bed and establishing a delivery and set up date. The bed arrived on time and the gentleman who assembled it was an excellent Silver Cross representative. He had the bed up in no time and explained how it worked with the different positions. He returned in a month to remove the bed – again being quick to take it down and asked if it had been satisfactory. We will use Silver Cross again if the need arises. Thank you.
