How often do I need maintenance for my medical mattress?
You should routinely check all components of the mattress for damage and wear. Refer to the owner’s manual for more information about what to monitor. If damage is found, please contact your local authorized dealer as soon as you can.
How do I clean my therapeutic surface?
Most components may be cleaned with a mild soap or detergent and warm water. Wipe dry immediately after washing and be careful not to get water in any of the electrical components for powered surfaces. It is also a good idea to purchase a moisture-resistant cover for your mattress for easy cleaning. Please refer to your owner’s manual for specific cleaning instructions.
