Silver Cross Kitchener location proudly serves Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and the surrounding areas. Our showroom is located on Lancaster Street. We’re open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, but we are also available by appointment for your convenience and offer free in-home consultations.

The Silver Cross Kitchener showroom has working straight and curved lifts to try along with a porch lift. You will also find a variety of daily living aids, a roll-in shower and other bath safety products on display. We have a range of lift chairs, rollators and scooters, wheelchairs and walkers here to try. We install and service what we sell, and we can often install a stair lift in as little as 24 hours. We are interested in purchasing back gently used lift products.

Founded in 1993 when the Internet was just starting to become important in day-to-day life, Silver Cross built its roots as relationship company. It formed partnerships with experienced dealers and installers of stair lifts, elevators and other mobility equipment in order to bridge the gap between the prospective customer and a pre-qualified, knowledgeable local dealer.
